Eggplant, goat cheese, red onion, and bacon pizza

I think this is the most delicious pizza I’ve made to date. Highly recommended as a post-rock-climbing feast, probably with a nice red wine. I had Kendall-Jackson Cabernet, I think 2010… Good for loosening sore muscles.

As with other pizzas, I cannot post my sauce or dough recipe in case I end up opening a pizza place. Sorry, folks!
