Island Creek Oysters are world-renowned for their sweetness, merroir, and creaminess. And they’re seeded and raised in Duxbury, MA, home of my grandparents! There are tons of them around where I work, and I’m going to chronicle them this summer.  First up: Lobsta Love. I was torn between the Lobster Panini (gouda, avocado, grilled peaches, tarragon, and lobster OH MY) and the Lobster Sliders, but decided I wasn’t hungry enough for a 13 dollar lunch.
